2. Transaction Rejections by the Bank

In the event of a transaction being rejected by the bank, the following conditions shall apply:

• Refunds will be credited to the source account within 48 working hours from the date of rejection.


• Only payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Funds Not Accepted by the Beneficiary Bank

If funds are remitted but not accepted by the beneficiary bank for any reason, the following conditions shall apply:

• Refunds will be credited to the source account within 7 working days.


• The refund amount will be credited after deducting handling charges and the applicable Forex rate prevailing on the day of the refund.

4. Handling Charges and Forex Rates

• Handling charges will be deducted for any transactions where funds are not accepted by the beneficiary bank.


• The applicable Forex rate on the day of the refund shall be utilized to determine the final refund amount.

5. Bank Account Proof

In certain instances, the remitter may be required to provide proof of their bank account to facilitate the refund. Such proof may include:

• A cancelled cheque of the account from which the funds were transferred, or


• A bank statement evidencing the debit entry of the transfer.

6. Refund Process

• Customers are not required to take any action to initiate a refund.


• Upon transaction rejection, the refund shall be processed by the bank and credited to the source account of the remitter within the specified timeframe.
